About me.

The short version Hi, I'm Leslie. 2x healthcare founder and former "finance girly" originally from CA, currently in NYC.

The longer version I started in finance then left to start my first company at 26: a DTC women's health platform. It didn't work, but we took the lessons and applied them into a second company: a B2B SaaS platform offering white-label AI and telehealth to clinics. Both were crazy rides. I had a lot of fun, suffered even more, and learned a few things along the way.

Now I advise, angel invest, build things on the side, and try to be useful to early stage founders.

Ag climate tech company tackling agriculture's biggest input costs via a subsurface irrigation system resulting in a 70% water and energy reduction, plus 20% yield gain on crops.

My role: Early investor + advisor on product and GTM. Helped launch their carbon credits strategy.

👩‍💻 AI · Dev Tools

AI dev tools company building code review infrastructure for the AI coding agent era. Codifies what engineers know into enforceable rules that catch bad AI-generated code before it ships.

My role: Advisor on GTM and ICP refinement.

💼 SMB · PE

Small PE firm focused on buying service-oriented SMBs and growing them by layering in tech, operational rigor, and a clear growth playbook.

My role: Carried advisor. Surface acquisition targets, open my network, help shape pitch and strategy.

Side projects + tinkering just for fun.

I ship constantly, including outside of work, because I can't not. I genuinely love solving problems and tend to build for problems me or the people around me personally feel.
