2x founder, operator, advisor, and just trying to be useful where I can!
The short version Hi, I'm Leslie. 2x healthcare founder and former "finance girly" originally from CA, currently in NYC.
The longer version I started in finance then left to start my first company at 26: a DTC women's health platform. It didn't work, but we took the lessons and applied them into a second company: a B2B SaaS platform offering white-label AI and telehealth to clinics. Both were crazy rides. I had a lot of fun, suffered even more, and learned a few things along the way.
Now I advise, angel invest, build things on the side, and try to be useful to early stage founders.

DTC women's health platform. Think Hims, but for menopause and sexual health.
Didn't find PMF. What we learned became the foundation for the next company.
Before that: Investment banking (TMT M&A @ Centerview), then a generalist @ KKR.
Some tech, some AI, some neither. All early stage.
Ag climate tech company tackling agriculture's biggest input costs via a subsurface irrigation system resulting in a 70% water and energy reduction, plus 20% yield gain on crops.
AI dev tools company building code review infrastructure for the AI coding agent era. Codifies what engineers know into enforceable rules that catch bad AI-generated code before it ships.
Small PE firm focused on buying service-oriented SMBs and growing them by layering in tech, operational rigor, and a clear growth playbook.
I ship constantly, including outside of work, because I can't not. I genuinely love solving problems and tend to build for problems me or the people around me personally feel. These are some things I've built, am building, or am thinking about. Mostly for myself or friends. Poke around, feedback welcome!
Whimsy AI book club that tells you your reading aura, surfaces new books, and generates discussion questions.
Join Fabled →AI compatibility layer and matchmaker that thinks about fit the way a smart friend would, and surfaces matches the swipe-driven apps miss.
Get Unhinged →Agentic personal CRM I built for myself on Airtable plus the Claude API to manage relationships the way a great chief of staff would.
Request access →The stuff women wear closest to their skin shouldn't be 95% plastic. Early thinking on a brand here. If you're scheming about this too, reach out.
Let's chat →Essays on how I think, operating, building, and the things I've gotten wrong along the way.
Open to advisory roles, angel investing, founder convos, or a casual coffee with anyone interesting in NYC!
